Delete your account & data

You can delete individual rides yourself at any time, directly in the app. To delete your entire Convoy account and all data associated with it, email us and we'll take care of it.

How to request deletion

1. Email manishd84@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Convoy account (or tell us the name/email on your account if you signed in with Apple's private relay).
2. Put "Delete my Convoy account" in the subject line.
3. We'll confirm your identity and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, photo, bike info)
• Your ride history — routes, stops, distance and stats
• Your device's push notification token
• Your usage analytics tied to your account

If you're the organizer of a ride other riders are still using, we'll remove your personal data but may keep non-identifying ride data (e.g. aggregate distance/stats) needed for the ride to keep working for the remaining participants.
